2008 - Founding of Ironclad Technology Services LLC
Ironclad is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 2008. We provide comprehensive, timely and relevant IT and Business Consulting support to our customers as both a prime contractor and as a key partner.
2017 - Founding of Assent Advisory Group LLC
AAG is a 8A Certified and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that brings decades of relevant management consulting experience to assist government agencies in navigating and fulfilling their agency specific mission.
2020 - AAG receives 8(a) Certification
AAG officially received its certification to participate in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8a Small Business Program. This program is the governmental program run by the SBA to lend a hand to small disadvantaged businesses in receiving governmental contracts. Specifically, the annual goal of the Gov’t is to award at least 5% of all contracts to such companies.
2020 - Joint Venture Agreement to create IronAssent JV
Ironclad and Assent Advisory Group entered into a Joint Venture (JV) in which a current 8(a) firm and another small business, requires prior approval of the SBA before the JV can be awarded an 8(a) contract. This allows the JV partners to develop direct relationships with government agencies and contracting officials as one entity.
